Sean Kean Asks Attorney General Dow to Inquire Into Delays in Constructing OTBs in New Jersey

In a letter sent today, Senator Sean Kean (R-Monmouth) asked New Jersey Attorney General Paula Dow to inquire into the nearly nine-year delay in constructing Off Track Wagering Facilities in New Jersey. Of the 15 authorized in 2001 only three are operational. Monies from the OTWF would have contributed substantial sums to subsidize the purses at New Jersey horse racing facilities.
